Staff Sergeant Ken Brissard, a well-respected senior officer in the Willams Lake RCMP detachment, has been assigned to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the events beginning with my initial complaint to Cpl. Flett et. al. of the 100 Mile House RCMP and ending with the uninvited contact with Cst. Kevin Smith, at the 108 Mile Esso station, several days later.
The actions of Rainer and Jane Peters, the BC Ambulance Service and the Williams Lake office of Crown Counsel will likely be of interest also. Mr. Bill Small, the Provincial Director of the BC Community Corrections division, could also be connected to this “spiders web.”
